With collaborator Stephen Zuchner (UM Genetics), and many other PIs from around the globe, we published a study in the Amertican Journal of Human Genetics describing mutations in an ATP-driven proton pump (ATP1A1) that contribute to Charcot-Marie-Tooth Type 2 disease (PubMed).
